They could be lying, but I believe there are laws against lying about these sorts of things.

It appears this is now a discontinued model. We tried googling the name to find a secondhand dealer that would sell it, but to no avail.
A suede wingtip shouldn’t be too difficult to locate, so we will look for something similar and keep you posted.
